ipod 4th gen doesnt work right since upgrade to 6.1

I am having problems with web sights not loading, fb, and now with not being able to sync songs...its driving me crazy! I had no problems until I did the upgrade and now Im having all kinds of problems! Any ideas what I can do? Please...HELP!

I'd recommend a full backup to iCloud or Computer, and then restore. OTA Updates can sometimes be a little glitchy and buggy.
