Iphone4 Keyboard Problems

I Jailbroke my iphone4 to get the iphone5 new emojis. I downloaded it and then I saw that I could have the iphone6 emojis aswell. then I deleted the emoji tweak and I accidentally deleted other tweaks. like Cydia installer and some other tweaks about keyboard. then I thought I deleted Everything so I got a text and clicked the keyboard and it wouldn't do anything and it would shut down and go to home screen. and I don't have Cydia app on my home screen so idk what to do. do I reset the phone or what? please help QUICK!
