On September 23, 2019 at 9:00 pm (Central Standard Time) I updated my iPhone XR to iOS 13.1.1 and all of a sudden it made my iPhone XR froze. So I quickly press the up and down volume button and hold the power button, nothing happen. Tried these steps for the past three days still nothing happen. My Google Chromebook is not recommended for iTunes to be install on their OS which sucks, so today is my appointment with Apple in Chicago. Hopefully this does not happen again with the iPhone XR even though I am trying to return my device today back to T-Mobile due to getting the iPhone 11 on Wednesday, got 14 days to return the iPhone XR back to T-Mobile.
