iPhone X setup : OTA or iTunes ?

I’m just about to get my new iPhone X. I’m running iTunes 12.6.3 to be able to update all of my devices’ apps. My internet consumption being capped at 250 Gb per month, I can’t afford to update all my devices OTA.
This being said, in order to manage my iPhone X apps through iTunes, should I setup my new iPhone OTA, or using iTunes ?

I don't believe it really makes a difference. Even if you set it up OTA, you can still sync your device with your computer afterwards.

Either or, but since you no longer keep your apps in iTunes and bandwidth is an issue try updating or d/l the apps at work if you have wifi access you can tap into.

OTA is easier IMO.

Might as well through itunes with an encrypted backup. Your apps are still going to download over your bandwidth but at least you don't have to log back in to almost everything.
