Iphone Video out on all screens? not just video?

Is there a way to do this? Ive looked through cydia and cant find it.

I have it hooked up to the A/V input in my car and I wanna be able to see at least the ipod screen on my cars screen, but currently all that is supported is video out (as far as i know)

I have this same question. Laid out the coin for the AV cable, but WTF only works from iPod mode??? I wanted true video out showing my actual screen! (Hey Apple, HTC knows how to do this. Hmm.)

NOBODY could answer my question on any iPhone forum, I actually found the answer on avic411.com (for pioneer in dash nav's)

and yes there are two programs that are on cydia (have to be jailbroken)
