iPhone upgrade program question

Hey everyone. I joined the program when the 7 plus came out. Just curious how well it worked when it was time for users from the 6S who were already enrolled? Was it a smooth process upgrading? Did you get stuck with a long wait?

I think the smooth part relies on the phone being in stock. Once the model you want is readily available, it should be a smooth experience.

Ok cool. By we can just pre-order like normal at midnight? I assume the current device must be in good shape as well.

I believe so, but you'd have to go through more hoops than a person just looking to buy the phone outright. Yeah. The device has to be functional.
