hello, my iphone stucked when i restored all contacts and settings , i tried to open with my apple id and password when it was restarted as new phone , can any one help me plsssssssss

There's no valid reason why your Apple ID and password is not working unless you've forgotten them or your not the legal owner of the device

All i can tell you to do is try again. Put it in DFU mode and try again.

As 'D suggested to you when you do this you are essentially starting with a new phone in a box. If you know your proper Apple ID and password then everything should go very smooth for you. Best of luck.
