Iphone stuck in weird recovery mode

Hello, I got a problem with my iphone, not sure if this is the right place to post this but oh well.

anyways, I tried restoring my iphone to 6.1.3 from ios 7. And the restore worked fine until the end and I got the error 37. The phone got black and refuses to turn on and itunes wont find it. I tried using redsn0w recovery fixer but that dosent work. So now I cant restore my phone to ios 7 anymore, what should I do to fix this?

nvm solved it!

Restarted the pc and it found the iphone without any issue
