Mine started doing this a week or two ago.
Today i installed the 5.1 update and it seems to have gone away.
So if your on 5.0.1 try the 5.1 update.
If your on 5.1 then there goes my suggestion.

Hey my iPhone has been lagging a bit here and there. I have reset the phone but that does nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would do a full reset and then restore as a new device. That 'should' eliminate your lagging issue unless you have a mechanical issue of some sort.

If you're on 5.0.1 do your iPhone a favor and upgrade to 5.1 I'm Jailbroken and I have a tweak that tells you the free memory. In 5.0.1 I was running at around the 80s and very often when using Safari etc. it would dip into the 30s and be really slow. Now that I'm on 5.1 it runs at around 120 and up which is a huge improvement from being in the 80s. If it's sluggish you could also kill mobile Safari I don't usually manually kill apps but it is the only one I've noticed that doesn't release memory very effeciently.

Go to settings and select reset at the bottom. Then only select reset network settings. This will delet all network settings and bring them back to default. This will help with any lag your dealing with.
