iPhone Restore Error Code 3194

i got a black screen on my 3GS 3.1.2 WITH no APple Logo Just like a Dead Phone.

wheni connect to my itunes it shows a "iPhone connected in Restore Mode"
Although i have Downloaded a Restire Firmware for 3.1.2 3GS but an error COde 3194 occurs ..help me out .. i just unboxed it 1 day before n now its stuck on black screen after jailbreak > ..........

Read this , It is a firmware signature issue
