iphone reboots when bluetooth tethering???

Hi everyone! I wanted to if I was the only one experiencing this and/or if theres a way to fix it: When my iphone 3gS is connected via bluetooth to tether my internet, sometimes it will reboot 2-3 times in 1 hour then other days it would reboot after like 2 hours. while connected with the USB its perfect and MIWI also works without the phone rebooting itself.

I have an iPhone 3GS 32GB running 4.0 jailbroken with jailbreakme.com and unlocked with ultrasn0w.

No one has this problem?! Like I said, it only reboots when I'm on Bluetooth tether. It does this 30-60 min in and almost 2 to 3 reboots
