iPhone is connected to WiFi but it shows page telling to use a broadband conection to access the web

Hi,

I'm a college student, when I try to use internet on my iPhone in college it connects normally to WiFi but it takes me to a page that is telling information about the college and also telling me to use a broadband connection to access the internet, I know friends that have done it on their laptops (setting up broadband connection) since we all have the log in information (username and password), but the problem here is that the page does not show any fields to enter username and password.
Is there a way that I can access the internet on my iPhone without using a PC?
I also wanna add that we're able to use Viber app that requires internet connection on our mobiles without logging in, just this app not any others.
(When I enter any normal web adress like www.google.com it redirects me to the same page)
