Has anyones iphone ever been hacked? A few months ago, I found a picture on my iphone that I didn't take?? it was a person staring into the camera. It happened in at Seaworld Sandiego, but the picture of the person was not at Seaworld! on one else used my phone or took that picture and I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.
Since then there was a couple of instances where the camera on the phone just took shots of my screen by itself (I found 2 screen shots of my phone in the pictures folder).

Any explanations??

No idea, but the real concern would come from (while most unlikely) the risk of someone being able to activate your FFC on your iPhone (or any smartphone) without you knowing about it. That would be really creepy.

Sounds like a bug to me. I've never had any hacking issues with any of my iPhones before. IOS is one of the safest OS out there.

I had an issue with beta 7 that it didn't save any picture taken when the phone was locked. But when I restored to the GM and restored from backup all the pictures were in my camera roll.

Maybe the same thing happened to you. Someone picked up your phone shot a pic of themselves with it being locked and when upgrading to the GM it put said pic in you camera roll.

Are you running a jailbreak version? Did you install any apps not from the App store? If so, i guess it would be possible to get hacked that way. However, with the way apple checks these apps, i would think the risk is low. Possible bug like Irish Rose stated.

It's a possibility you or someone else took the screenshots, it's very easy to do. Accidentally or on purpose.
