iPhone feels warmer than usual

About two days ago, I was uploading my camera roll pictures to Dropbox using their app, and ever since my iPhone 4 has been running warm. I'm running iOS 6.1.2 with jailbreak. I killed the background uploading feature in Dropbox.

Anytime the radios have to do extra work, yes the phone will heat up a bit.... But nothing major as it's doing what it's supposed to do.

I just noticed that it feels warmer when it's on the charger.
