Why does mine look like this but everyone else in my family still as the old or different UI?

They might be on a different version of android than you are.

This is iPhone. We all have iPhone 6 and all versions are updated to 34 Facebook and all iPhones are updated to iOS 8.4.

This is my wife's UI. Mine used to be that but changed about two weeks ago.
