iphone data backed up on PC ,changing PC will i lose data?

i m using Desktop PC and i have backed up my iphone5s on this PC thru iTune, now i m planing to change PC and buy Laptop , now my doubt is will i get my all data on new Laptop or i might lose the data?

If the data is on your phone, you can sync your iPhone to iTunes on the new computer.
