iPhone Browser not recognizing JB

I had to restore my phone yesterday, was able to JB with Spirit. Everything is set up fine (got all my apps from a Rock backup), however, when I connect to the computer and fire up iPhoneBrowser, it says "3.1.3 non-jailbroken". I'm trying to modify a couple of my themes and none are showing up in the browser. All are showing up on my Winterboard settings and I'm able to do everything I was able in my previous JB.

Any ideas why the iPhoneBrowser doesn't recognize the jailbreak??
