How do I retrieve my ohotos from icloud or itunes as iphone broken

If. You have your phone backed up to iCloud, you can set up another device with your iCloud account and the photos will go on that device. Or the same with iTunes.

Just to piggyback off of that, you should be able to go to http://www.icloud.com and access your photos there as well. Again, this is assuming you've been backing up your phone to iCloud.
