I bought second hand iPhone 3 years ago that time he removed his id and i put mine from last one year i was not using the phone after i forget password and the phone has been disabled.... I put new ios through itues and now on the setup phone asking some id which starts from H but i dont know that id any one can help me how to bypass

No way to bypass your sign in. You are going to have to remember your Apple ID to go any further. Otherwise your phone is useless to you. Sorry I couldn't offer better news. Thanks!
