Hello, my friends.
I own both an IPhone 12 Pro Max and Oneplus 8 Pro both syncing Google contact. When I add a new contact on the iPhone it will automatically appear on the Android but not vice versa. Please help me.

You need to set the Google account to Push mode. If that mode is unavailable, it’s because Google doesn’t support the appropriate Push extensions and you will need to configure a Fetch timer.

Alternatively, you can simply configure the Fetch timer to your liking.

To do either, you go to the Settings app, and click on Contacts. Then click on Accounts, and then on Fetch New Data.

On that screen, you can set Push/Fetch settings for each account :)

But on which of the two phones. The iPhone has no problem syncing. I have done on both phones but I can see new contacts on the Android from the iPhone but not vice versa.

I would look on the iPhone first :)

Specifically, I provided the instructions for iPhone and iPad devices. I have no idea where those settings are on Android.
