I'm an iPhone user. If I buy an iPad, can I sync with the same iTunes as my iPhone? If I own apps that work on both platforms, can I install the same apps on the iPad or do I need to buy them again? Likewise music.

Yup should work no prob...any app you buy for iPhone should work on iPad (just not always well) music you are good too
