iPhone and iPad prices go up in Germany due to country's private copying fees

Apple has raised the prices slightly in Germany for its iPhone and iPad devices. The increase is due to a private copying fee that was put in place on all recordable media devices sold in that country so that music artists and others can gain royalties for privately stored music.
