It's the same display just a little brighter is what I've read. OLED it is not. That's next year or so the story goes.

I'm interested to see the comparison against the 6 Plus and 6S Plus.

Yeah it will be sad to see that apple has just recycled last few years of screens not that there bad but better is always welcomed .

The display isn't the same as the iPhone 6s Plus though. It also has wide colour gamut in addition to being brighter. That isn't a minor difference from what I've read.

I walked into a store and checked it out today.
Honest opinion is you can't notice the difference.
