iPhone 7 ear piece

I have an issue with my iPhone ear piece grill.I used a cleaning cloth to clean it.Minutes later on light something shiny in the ear piece grill not sure if its a design flaw can you people explain?

Should I take it apple ?

I used a cloth and that might if caused if Apple recommend using a cloth to clean the phone then why recommend if it will cause that .

Are you experiencing any problem while making a call? Or is it only the design that seems flawed?
