Iphone 6s+ issues.

Iphone 6s+ issues - here are some problems I have. Anyone with any idea of what I should do?

Severe battery detioration

Fails to open apps or settings within the settings app.

Hard reset doesn't fix issues.

If the device isn't suffering from water damages and assuming you haven't mistreated the device or tried to repair something inside the casing then I recommend the following:

1. Put the device in DFU mode.
2. Connect the device to your computer, initiate the computer's iTunes app (preferably, the most recent version), and when iTunes detects the device in recovery, select to restore and update it.
3. When the process is complete, set up the device as new. Not from a backup.

Be sure to create both an iCloud and an iTunes backup BEFORE performing the aforementioned recommendation.
