Iphone 6s getting hot while chargin

Hi i noticed my iphone get very hot while chaging not that hot but its get hot xD!

Is this normal?
Im charging with usb cable on a side of macbook pro that its hot too.

Mine doesn't get hot while charging. I usually charge via wall wart. Don't charge via my MBP or another computer very much but I don't think mine gets hot even then.

Hmm.. Mine does not get hot either.
You might want to get that checked!

I have never had an Iphone get hot while charging or otherwise.

Mine will get warm if I'm doing things on it at the same time. Like playing a game with it plugged in (like Madden). Otherwise it doesn't get warm.

If you're not doing anything with it, I wonder if a background process is stuck? Have you tried rebooting the phone?

I can feel it through the case. I typically just stop what I'm playing and let it cool. Or do something less graphics intensive like browse iMore
