Hi everyone. I have iPhone 6 16GB. Everything worked perfectly until i broke screen. After that, touch screen stoped working. I tried several LCDs but no one worked. My phone does not support it. And strange thing is that when i unplug and plug my old, broken LCD, touch screen works for about 3 or 4 minutes, and thet it stops working. Does anybody have idea of what is the problem. Thanks..

There could be a few issues at play here. Are you SURE you bought the correct LCD? Maybe you damaged something during the repair process, or something along these lines? Ok lastly there is an issue with screen replacements on some Apple devices with regards to the home button, when you replace the screen and homebutton, your device will not recognize the new home button, and/or will report that an unauthorized piece of equipment is installed. This has something to do with security of the thumb print.

Thanks for your fast response. I brought my phone to 2 different repair stores and they tried some LCDs. They should be enough proffessional to not damage something. I do not know what to do haha

Can the old button be salvaged? Some places will try to use the old button in the new LCD. Also maybe its time to bite the bullet and upgrade? Maybe an iPhone XR?
