iphone 6 screen gap with otterbox

i love the otter box defender it was fantastic on my iphone 5 and on my ipad, there has to be some sort of fix for the iphone 6, has anyone tried heating it up or anything to get it to remove the gap?
the gap is driving me nuts, makes me not want to use my phone at all. . .. . help

Why would a case that you can simply remove make you not want to use your phone? If the otter box defender case on the iPhone 6 is bothering you that much, get rid of it and get something else more suitable. It's a no-brainer, in my opinion.
