Iphone 6 charging sounds

My wife has a new 6 and when charging the battery sound goes off randomly from 20% up. How do I shut of this sound?

Maybe the charger keeps getting loose and connected again.

Most likely its a problem with the stand since that shouldn't be happening if its connected to the cord that comes with the phone.
