iPhone 6 and hotspot issues

I've come across another issue I can't resolve. When I turn on the hotspot for my iPhone to tether my iPad the iPad keeps loosing the connection and I'm having to go into settings to reconnect it. I can't seem find a setting on either to always stay connected. Is there such a thing and if so where and how do I activate it? On my android devices it did have a setting for this so id assume the iPhone would as well.

I am having the same issue I was not able to connect my laptop from my iPhone 6 hotspot. My phone would blank and then my computer will error says that it would not connect

Same issue I'm having. I turned on the hotspot and used my pc to find my iPhone which it did but my hotspot keeps wanting to turn on but then turns off and continues that way.

Had anyone find out what's going on with the hotspot on the 6 and why we are not able to connect it the laptops.
