iPhone 6 and 6 plus music Not loud....

Just bought a brand new iPhone 6 and 6 plus. Any kind of music played at full capacity but when you slide the slider to back up and start over the music become LOUDER. When next song or video plays same adjustment has to be done.....anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix? Even after the new iOS 8.4 update, still having the issue.

Don't think so but iTunes music is never loud enough!
Ive tried different headphones and nothing helps, it's a shame really. I like the iPhone but I'm not going to put up with it if the music volume doesn't increase..... Euro recommended levels?
Pah! I have to pay for it I want it to suit me!

I"m not seeing that issue. Have you tried to perform a forced restart?

Delta500pop you should try a "Forced Restart". It worked for both of my phones.
