Iphone 5s suddenly broke

Hi I have a problem with my iPhone 5s. I got it a year ago and had no problem and suddenly the touch id broken (I know I cant fix it by myself) but after a few days also broke my headphone jack and loud speaker... I never dropped or something. Anyway I searched the net and saw loud speakers for iphone 5s but in diferent versions (A1533, A1453, A1528, etc.) mine is A1457 and was not written there. It's important? I mean the pieces will work on my A1457 even if i buy for A1533 for exemple or really need to be A1457?
One more question. I'm working in a dusty place it would have my iphone been hurt because of it? It can be fix if I clean it from inside?

Given all the info you supplied and not being familiar with repair and the fact you are in a dusty place which is crucial, You may want forgo repair unless you take it to a recognized repair shop in your area or go with a new model for what carriers are offering nowadays.
