I just got my newish iphone 5s 64gb, I had a 16 before but I didn't have enough room. I came from windows, and as much as I love them, they have more glitches, than rewards. Plus I wasn't too crazy about some of the applications designs, unless your Rudy Huyn, where the over all look and user interaction is beautiful. He really set the bar for all window app developers/designers, and most fail way too short, which led me to running away. Never much been a fan of android.
Don't care much for the 6 or 6s I dislike big phones, and I don't like the smooth edges or the screen design/user interaction. A better camera would be tempting, if I wasn't a designer, so I have my fair share of hig rez and film base cameras. Plan on keeping my iphone for awhile.
