Iphone 5 unlock

Okay so finally sprint is going to unlock my phone. So I have iOS 6. And I don't want iOS 7 bc I am getting the 5s and I am going to keep my 5. The problem is that for me to unlock my phone I need to restore in iTunes. When I restore will i still keep iOS 6 or will it put me to IOS 7. Thank u

That won?t be a problem... Just decline the software update. You will be asked if you want to upgrade. Just choose "NO".
