I am right on the edge of LTE which is very frustrating. I never see LTE even though I have had several AT&T tech support employees tell me that I should see it. If I type in my address on the AT&T site to see if I have LTE it says I do, but I guess because I am right on the edge it shows up as LTE coverage even though I don't have it.

I'm in Atlanta and it's been nothing but amazing since day 1...I'm averaging over 30mbps from downtown and then way outside the perimeter.

I?m in a west-side suburb of Phoenix... and I?ve had decent AT&T LTE coverage since I got my iPhone 5. My signal strength is usually at or just over -100db, so the signal could be better, but I get speeds upwards of 25mbps down and 4+ mbps up.

I'm also in Phoenix just north of getting an LTE signal.
The way I see, I don't need LTE at home as I have wifi. I need it when I'm out and about and in most places in Phoenix, LTE is available. I get around 30-35 speed on avg there

I figured it out! I needed to call AT&T and confirm that I have switched phones. They did not provide LTE since I was still using an iPhone 4 in their system.

Evidently AT&T turned on LTE in Mobile two nights ago. I still contend a city named Mobile should be first in mobile coverage.

Looks like AT&T is rolling out LTE to a lot more places:

AT&T lights up LTE in a slew of new locals | iMore.com

Been waiting for AT&T LTE to light up on your iPhone 5 or cellular-equipped iPad? Well, as part of AT&T's announced $14 billion network build-out over the next three years, a bunch of new places just went live:
  • Mobile, Ala.
  • Jonesboro, Ark.
  • Pensacola, Fla.
  • South Bend and Mishawaka, Ind.
  • Saratoga/Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
  • Columbus, Ohio
  • Toledo, Ohio
  • Eugene, Ore.
  • Corvallis, Ore.
  • Portland, Ore.
  • Greenville, S.C.
  • Columbia, S.C.
  • Charleston, S.C.
  • El Paso, Texas
Today's launch comes on the heels of other cities going live this week, including:

  • Minneapolis/St. Paul
  • Provo-Orem, Utah
  • Denver
  • Anne Arundel County in Maryland
  • Daytona Beach
  • York, Penn.
  • Tacoma, Wash.
  • Milwaukee, Wis.
  • Louisville, Ken.
That's on top of AT&T's expanded LTE coverage in Fairfield County, Conn., as well as downriver Wayne and Monroe near Detroit. AT&T says its LTE coverage has doubled in 2012 and is now in 103 markets, with more to come this year.
