The worst part is that best buy in Canada doesn't offer such rebate for us 😡 And worst we are stuck with damn 3 years contract.

Really? Maybe it depends on the store because I just upgraded this past weekend myself and my local RadioShack was only offering $20 off. But since I was given a trade-in value of about $150 from my iPhone 4 I only ended up paying the difference plus tax.
