iPhone 5 Cut sim card to nano sim where to.

Hi there! I'm travelling to New York in a couple of months, and I'm planning to buy an unlocked Iphone 5.

So my question is, Where in New York can I make my sim card get cut? Does Apple provide that service in an Apple Store?

I used a adapter to my nano to micro and Verizon caught on and blocked it. Might be different on a GSM device.
