When I try to turn my iPhone 5 on, it seems to load normally (apple icon), then the screen goes black. I've already charged it, reseted, tried to connect to iTunes and MacBook, but it doesn't react. I'd rather avoid deleting all the data even though I have almost everything archived. Is there the other way to turn the phone on? What should I do? :/

Make sure your device is turn down. Then press and hold the home button and plug the device into your computer. Turn it on , if you device don't. continue holding the home button untill you see the connect to iTunes screen (If itunes doesn't open automatically open it. it will detect your device in recovery mode. click "Restore" then click "Restore and Update"
