Iphone 4s worth the upgrade?

Many are wondering if they should upgrade, well... Depends, I have a 3G and it's really acting buggy lately si I will definetly upgrade! but if you have an iphone 4, perhaps you can wait since it's only been out a year...

I get a yearly customer loyalty upgrade from AT&T, so I'm upgrading even though I have an i4. I sell the i4 and pay the UG fee, plus still have $100 or so in my pocket.

I think 4S is worth the upgrade because, the specs on the iPhone 4S, are probably going to be a little different from the iPhone 5's.
1.) It will stay 8 Mega Pixel camera.
2.) the chip * might * go up from A5 processor to an A6.
3.) iPhone 5 will get iOS 6, which the iPhone 4S will get at the same time

The only thing I was hoping for and didn't make it was the NFT, the one that allows you to use your phone as credit card, that would've been cool....

I own an I4 and when I heard the I4S was coming, my first thought was "how stupid" reminded me of my initial thought with the 3GS, but once I heard the camera was upgraded, I started second thinking myself, I use my I4 as a camera very often, more than I thought I would have when I bought it last year. I can defenitly use an 8 megapixel camera and 1080p video. So now I want one.

I'm upgrading because of two things:
1. better camera
2. need a 32gb phone

Currently have a 16gb right now, and it doesn't suffice anymore. Would've gotten myself another ip4, so I thought I'd rather wait for the 4s so that I get an upgraded phone as well.

Yeah the A5 chip is apparently supposed to be like 5 times better according to Apple.
