IPhone 4S - WiFi

My Iphone won't "see" WiFi networks. I therefore cannot erase all data.

My 4s did the same thing. I lost all wifi on my 4s. Then the battery started charging extremely slow. Then a week later it didn't charge up at all. I have a 5s now, but my 4s really took a dive in the first year.
