When I double tap the round button at bottom on iPhone, I get a list of apps that I've used and can get rid of them by flicking upwards on phone.
I also get a string across the top of screen with recent phone calls I've made.
How do I get rid of the calls made? Swiping doesn't work or anything else I've seen.
HOW can I do it? Help.......

I'm confused I guess.
I get rid of recent app usage by swiping each upward. That works fine, But the call list at top, Each in a small circle, HOW do I get them erased or not shown.

I'm a neophyte. And need specific instructions, please.
Thanks
