Iphone 4s on verizon with UDP, how to keep it

I

iMore Question

I have a Iphone 4s 16GB from Verizon, with a grandfathered-in UDP, its on deaths door and I would love to get the Galaxy S5. Ive read the forums on the SIM card switching but unless im wrong, the 4s doesn't have a SIM card for me to switch. Any ideas on how to keep my UDP and still be able to get the Galaxy S5 without paying retail price? I use between 8-12GB per month so the price hike in switching to a tiered plan would be astronomical. Thanks for any future help!

Buy a used one off of swappa/ebay will be your best bet to save a little off full retail

Check out forums on android central. There are ways to upgrade from a 3G phone without paying full retail.
