iPhone 4s apps not downloading

I recently got the iPhone 4s maybe a week ago. Yesterday I tried all day to download two apps and eventually it tells me it couldn't be installed at the time. My friend told me I should try updating my software so I did. I have IOS 7.1.2 and still i can't download the apps I don't have any restrictions on either. Help?

I have heard ppl complaining the same. Its not the problem with your phone, its a problem in app store. Sign out of app store and reboot your iPhone and then sign in and try downloading. Let me know if this works for you. Cheers:beer:

Try logging out of your Apple ID, and logging back in. If that doesn't work, try making a new Apple ID with US as location maybe?
