iPhone 4 Speaks Text When Typing

My daughter has an iPhone 4 and she's been having this issue lately. Sometimes when she's typing, it will speak what she has just typed. It isn't every word she is typing, though. Anyone know what might be going on or what we could do to stop it?

Go to the Accessibility section in Settings > General and make sure VoiceOver is not enabled.

Ok, thanks. I'll look into that when I get off of work and report back.

It's the VoiceOver feature and can be easily turn off as shown above
