iphone 4 on iOS 7.1.2 very slow , and keep rebooting

i use iPhone 5s now ,
i still have an iPhone 4 from back in the days , and it is ridiculously slow ( not internet , just setting and photo and swipping the home screen is very slow and lag ) and it keep rebooting and the internet download speed is very slow too
what can i do about it , it is on iOS 7.1.2
