The first set of pics are of my current case which is a culmination of 3 products (Otterbox Commuter Case, Seidio Innocase II Holster, & Scosche SticKick) with some very slight mods to make them work. The top clip of the holster had to be heated and bent forward a little to clear the iPhone and the inside portion of the top clip had to have the rubber stopper removed and then filed down for additional clearance. The Scosche SticKick had to have the lower corners filed a little to clear the lower portion of the Seidio holster. For me, this is everything I wanted...a relatively slim case with a decent amount of protection while adding the holster and a built-in kickstand. This isn't a cheap setup, but if you shop, you can get the whole thing done for about $50 shipped. Because I bought the Seidio combo, I have a brand new in the package black Innocase II that I'm trying to get rid of.

The last photo is for all you Snoopy fans. That's my wife's phone with a $15 licensed Snoopy screen protector and the Otterbox Commuter case.

This Case Rocks

I've had the SGP Neo Hybrid Neo A for few days now.

It rocks. Best of both worlds: it protects my precious and it it thin and retains the elegant disign.

It bouht the champagne color. This is highly recommended.

All external buttons and plug in ports should be sheltered from dirt and debris too. A common difficulty is dust, pocket lint, sand and all sorts of debris getting into the accessory port on the iPhone. Once the connections in the port get embedded with dirt, the data cable, charger and other accessories no longer work. An successful iPhone 4 case will protect the iPhone from such dirt and debris, however there are countless third-party Apple iPhone 4 cases that are better looking and supply more protection for the rest of the Apple iPhone as well.

Looking for a Great Case

Okay, guys, I need some help here. There's way to many options and I don't want to have to keep buying and returning products in order to nail down a great case for my Verizon iPhone 4.

I'm currently using an SGP Linear Crystal (black) case, because I carry my phone in my pocket. I'm not a holster wearing kind of guy. The problem with the SGP Linear case is that the sides, where you grip the phone, are smooth and it's a bit slippery.

SO, I'm here asking for help in finding a case that offers protection, is attractive (unlike Body Glove) and perhaps has a rubberized(?) thing going on where you grip the phone so it doesn't easily slip out of the hand

Any pointers? Ideally I would be able to get the Gecko Vision case, but I haven't been able to find one that would work for the Verizon iPhone.

I'm pretty happy with iPhone socks. They look cute and don't scratch the phone. On dealextreme you can get them for a fraction of the original Apple price.

I've had a hard time deciding what to even put on the device, while I would love it naked, I need the protection.

So far I have gone with a bumper and it seems to be working out perfectly for me.

Have tried these:

Incase Slider from Best Buy - had to take it back becasue the bottom would slide off by itself!
Verizon Shell/Holster Combo - have gone back and forth on this. Like the option of using a holster if I need to. Ended up taking it back but may try it again.
Black Barely There - Really liked this one except it cost me $32 at an ATT store so I returned it.
Rocket Fish High Gloss Black from Best Buy - probably my favorite so far. Has great feel and offers good protection all around.
Chrome Barely There - ordered through eBay and should be here today. Probably switch back and forth between this and the Rocket Fish.

Larry Greenberg did a great review on the Paradox Case made by The Primary Case Company. I just ordered one and can't wait for it to get here. You should check it out. I always have an Otterbox Reflex case on my iPhone4 and have not been able to find a case that it will fit in. The Paradox case is perfect.

I have a Philips case, it is crystal on the back and has bumpers on the sides. It has a great grip, you should try it.
