iPhone 3GS ios 4.0 (8a293) jailbreak for windows

I cannot find any windows tools to jailbreak an iPhone 3GS with ios 4.0 (8a293) on AT&T.
Is there such a thing yet? If so does anyone have any links?

if ur iphone is on 4.0 as u said u got it in its wrapper still. its a refurbished one from apple as all 16 and 32Gig 3GS you buy now will be on 3.1.3 as apple stopped making the 16G and 32G. for now you just have to wait....
