iPhone 3gs and my TV

I've used TVout on my 3g with a non apple cable to watch my sky sports app and it worked. I tried on my 3gs now and tvout needs ios3.0 or lower?! WTF! Why? And resupported just does nothing for picture, only sound which was already there. What am I missing? Thx.

Oh and I've tried tvout2 also with no joy. And I've tried re installing

Im in same boat, and am looking for a app for tvout that works on 4.0.1

Just had a quick search on google and it directed me to the Landscape/tvout forums on a topic. Looks like there a beta out which is working well with a slight sound delay.
