iPhone 3gs 5.0.1 upgrade to 6.X

Hi,

I have iPhone 3gs BB 05.13.04 & model MB716LL. It is jailbreak and Unlocked with some MAC based software to IOS 5.0.1. I need to upgrade to 6.X any version with Untethered Unlock.
It is possible to do it ? if Yes then what is the process. ?
