iPhone 3.1.3 battery percentage issue?

Hey, after updating my iPhone to 3.1.3, the battery percentage meter is acting up every time i turn my iPhone on. after it turns on..if its at 100% it shows 86% then 10 seconds later goes back to 100%, also if its at 56% after reboot it shows 42% then again 10 seconds later back to 56%. its only after rebooting the phone.

Am I the only one who is having this issue?

i had this issue yesterday as well, havent rebooted today to see. i was at 18 percent , rebooted and was at 6, then it jumped back to 18. this update has been kinda wacky for me with the battery.

After updating I didn't find a difference in an improvement in battery life. My 3GS still drains.

Diddo. I have yet to experience any kind of reading issues with battery percentages. I would say restore and reload maybe? I honestly do not know what to say other than that.
